Oracle

  • How should the coating be applied?

  • Can the coating be topped with a wax?

    Yes it can, however you will replace the properties of the coating until the wax inevitably wears off.

  • How should the coating be maintained?

    We only recommend cleaning with pH neutral cleaners, you can top with detailers or waxes if desired.

  • Will claying remove the coating?

     No, claying will not remove the coating.

  • Can it be used on bare metal finishes?

    We recommend using Platinum wheels for bare metal finishes. However, oracle can be applied on top of Platinum wheels for an enhanced finish, provide maximum durability and protection.

  • How long before the coating can get wet?
    On average, we say 2 hours before getting wet and 7 days before washing by hand. Always ensure to use pH neutral cleaners.
  • Can shampoos and snow foams be used on the surface after application?

    Yes, providing they're pH neutral. All of our products are safe to use with our coatings.

  • Once protected, can the surface be cleaned with a iron/fallout remover?

    Yes, providing it's pH neutral. All of our cleaning products are safe to use with our coatings.

  • What is the hardness of this coating?

    3H

  • Can this coating be layered?

    Yes it can. We tend to use our Platinum Paint first, then Oracle over the top 2 hours after.

  • Can oracle be used on wraps?

    Yes it can be used on wraps. We highly recommend using this coating on your wrap, straight after application.

  • Whats the difference between Platinum Paint & Oracle?

    Hardness is the main difference, Oracle has a hardness of 3H whereas platinum Paint has a hardness of 7H, please see the chart here.

  • Can oracle be used on matt or satin finishes?

    Oracle can be used on both, satin and matt finishes as it will not alter the finish of the surface, it will enhance it.

Platinum Glass

  • How should the coating be applied?

  • How long does the coating last?

    Platinum Glass lasts 6-8 months on windscreens and 12-18 months on side windows (full two coat method).

  • Can I still use my wipers?

    Yes you can, although heavy wiper use can deteriorate the coating.

  • What speed does Platinum Glass start sheeting?
    Sheeting predominantly starts at 30mph, dependant on the car itself.

Snow Foam

  • Will the snow foam strip my coatings/protection?

    Our snow foam is pH neutral, meaning it won't remove your protection.

  • How much snow foam should I use?

    We use 50ml for medium foam or 100ml per 1 litre bottle for super thick foam, top with warm water.

  • Should the snow foam be applied to a dry or wet car?

     To get the most from the product, the snow foam should be applied to a dry car.

  • When should the snow foam be applied?

    The snow foam should be the first process in any wash, sprayed on from top to bottom.

    Applying snow foam first will loosen up thick dirt, remove the top layer of grime and ensure the best wash possible.

Lusso Shampoo

  • Can this be used as a clay lubricant?

    Our Lusso shampoo is designed to be super slick, meaning it’s perfect for use with our Exfoli-block clay block.

  • Will this shampoo remove my coatings/protection?
    Our Lusso shampoo is pH neutral, meaning it’s super safe and will not strip any protection.
  • Why is this shampoo any different from normal shampoo?

    Our Lusso shampoo is formulated to be super lubricated, ensuring the safest possible wash, every time.

  • How much shampoo should be used?

    You will only need 20ml of shampoo per bucket to ensure a super slick wash solution.

  • When should the shampoo solution be used?

    Use the shampoo after the initial snow foam stage, this ensures an loose debris is removed prior to contact washing.

React Fall Out Remover

  • Should this be applied to a wet or dry surface?

    It can be applied to either, however the cleaner will be stronger when applied to a dry surface.

  • Will this fallout remover remove my coatings/protection?

    No, React is pH neutral, meaning it wont strip any protection.

  • Can this be used as a wheel cleaner?

    Yes we use React as a dedicated wheel cleaner, it’s ideal for maintaining protected surfaces.

  • Can this be used on paint?

    Yes our React fallout remover can be applied to paint and external surfaces.

  • How should this be applied?

    Our React Fallout remover should be applied to a dry surface, sprayed on liberally & left to dwell for 1-2 minutes until fully reacted.

Exfoli-Block Clay Block

  • Whats the foam for?

    The foam surface is used to hold the lubricant and water, ensuring the surface does not run dry.

  • Which side should I use?

    The polymer (rubber) side is the clay surface, this should be used to remove contamination.

  • How much shampoo is needed for lubrication?

    We use 20ml of Lusso shampoo to around 5-10 Litres of water.

  • What lubrication is needed?

    Our Lusso shampoo is super lubricated & is perfect for lubricating the clay surface.

  • Where in the process should this be used?

    After snow foaming & contact washing.

  • Does this replace the need for traditional clay?

    Yes, this is the modern alternative to a traditional clay bar.

Merino Wool Wash Pad

  • What makes this different from any other sponge or mitt?

    The merino wool material lifts the dirt away from the surfaces into it’s long fibres preventing swirls and scratches.

  • How should the wash mitt be maintained?

    After use, it should be rinsed & rung out after use, then hung to dry in a warm temperature.

  • What is the wash mitt made from?

    Our wash mitts are made from the finest Merino Wool.

Microfibre & Drying Towels

  • Can I tumble dry my microfibre?

     Yes, tumble drying after washing can restore the pile and fluff up drying towels.

  • My drying towel is not as efficient?

    Fibres in the microfibre can get clogged, washing by hand or at 40°c with vinegar can help strip out any residues.

  • How should the microfibres be washed?

    Machine washed at 40°c using non biological detergent, do not use fabric softeners.
